📋 Description

• Upload A/B Testing data to our Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Library. • Manage and update the Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Library regularly. • Analyze testing data and create reports as to what works and what does not. • Create critical presentation decks with laser-like precision and implement time-critical changes quickly and accurately. • Support general team operations by assisting with ad hoc tasks across the department.

🎯 Requirements

• **Coachability**: Can easily be trained to learn the processes. • **Google Workspace Knowledge**: You don’t have to be an expert, but we expect you to be able to help us create amazing decks and navigate your way through our sheets! • **Figma Knowledge**: We’ll be training you on the basics, but it would be a big plus if you’re familiar with the tool. • **Availability**: Able to overlap with Eastern Standard Time from 3 AM to 3 PM EST Monday to Friday and able to jump in when needed. • **Communication Skills**: Excellent command of written English language. Note: All interviews will be conducted solely in English. • **Motivated**: Able to maintain a strong work ethic even when the task is repetitive. • **Work setup**: Must have a laptop/desktop with strong, stable internet connection. • **Attention to detail**: Please type "purple" in the "References" field in the application form below. • **Quick**: Typing speed must be at least 40 WPM
