📋 Description

• Coordinate cross-functional teams of 5–10 people across research, strategy, design, copywriting, development, QA, analytics, and client stakeholders • Manage experiments from idea through build, launch, and analysis • Spot risks early and unblock teams • Build and maintain a testing roadmap of 10–20 upcoming experiments • Communicate the rationale behind plans and set expectations • Lead weekly client meetings covering progress and results • Serve as the main point of contact for clients and internal teams • Provide clarity, positivity, and momentum while keeping teams focused and motivated • Report to the Account Director

🎯 Requirements

• Organization and diligence; comfortable with systems, checklists, and timelines • Proactive over-communication with clients and teammates • Ability to flag risks early and ask for help when needed • Quick learner who enjoys technology and design • Interest in understanding why things work or do not work • No prior A/B testing experience required • No formal project management experience required; training provided
