📋 Description

• Independently responsible leadership of (sub)projects in the automation and process industries – from planning through to implementation • Project and quality management • Management and support of complex projects

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Electrical/Automation Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related discipline • Several years of experience in leading automation projects • Experience in team leadership and defining work packages • Ideally initial experience in one of the core industries • Enthusiasm and passion for project work • Business awareness of opportunities and risks • High level of flexibility and ability to work independently • Customer-oriented mindset • Strong negotiation skills and a confident presence • Teamwork and communication skills • Fluent German and English, both written and spoken • Willingness to travel for project assignments
