📋 Description

• Work with a highly skilled team of engineers to turn business requirements into technical requirements with clear technical specifications. • Collaborate with the development, design, and growth team to come up with innovative and scalable solutions for Spocket. • Help develop and maintain key features of the existing platform. • Help uncover new and innovative ways to enhance customer experience and platform useability. • Maintain, manage, and scale our current stack on an ongoing basis. • Have ownership and responsibility for the code and the product.

🎯 Requirements

• For the senior role, you have at least 8 years of full-stack development experience. • For the intermediate role, you have at least 5 years of software development experience. • For the senior role, you have used the following stack for more than 6-8 years: React, Ruby or Python, TypeScript (optional), and AWS (optional). • For the intermediate role, you have used the following stack for at least 5 years: React, Ruby or Python, TypeScript (optional), and AWS (optional). • You love to iterate quickly and ship code regularly. • You develop a customer-first mentality and love to provide users with the best experience possible. • You’re never satisfied with the status quo because you have relentlessly high standards. • You are self-motivated and passionate about building relationships and growing a business. • You are excited to work in an environment that involves continual adaptation and change.
