📋 Description

• Design and develop robust full-stack solutions • Work in a cross-functional scrum team to achieve regular sprint goals • Mentor and review the code of more junior team members • Embrace software development best practices such as TDD, documentation, design patterns, secure coding, and algorithmic optimization

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science • 7+ years of full-stack, web application development experience • 2+ years using SQL and NoSQL technologies • Strong skills in Ruby on Rails, algorithms, and data structures • Implementing and troubleshooting high-usage, high-throughput systems, including ElasticSearch and SEO. • Experience working in an organization that operates by Agile methodology and the Scrum framework. • Experience developing with cloud services (AWS), search technologies (ElasticSearch), and optimization (SEO). • Prefer experience with services, microservices, and serverless environments • Prefer AI/LLM/MCP implementation experience
