📋 Description
• Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle and coordinate technical delivery across teams • Partner with product managers to translate requirements into engineering tasks • Ensure development efforts are aligned • Manage cross-team communications • Identify and resolve bottlenecks
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience) • 4–6 years of program management or senior project management experience in technology organizations • Strong background in software • Comfortable working closely with engineering teams • Strong risk and resource management skills • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills • Certifications (a plus): PMP, PgMP, CSM, SAFe, or other project/program management certifications
