• Support end-to-end payment processes, including deposits, withdrawals, refunds, reconciliations, and customer queries • Collaborate with local payment providers and banks to ensure timely resolution of transaction-related issues • Monitor transactions in real time to detect, investigate, and escalate suspicious or fraudulent activity • Analyze customer payment behavior and trends to recommend improvements in payment flows and methods • Document workflows, SOPs, and propose operational process improvements • Support integration and testing of new payment technologies and solutions • Ensure all payment operations comply with relevant regulations and internal policies • Provide timely support during system downtimes or payment-related incidents to minimize customer impact
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Risk Management, or related field (or equivalent work experience) • 2–3 years of experience in payments, financial operations, or fintech/e-commerce environments • Fluency in English • Solid understanding of payment systems, funds flows, and reconciliation processes • Experience with payment gateways, PSPs, or transaction monitoring tools (preferred) • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
