They combine strategy, creator networks, and data-driven paid campaigns to drive rapid GMV growth, viral product launches, and sustained eCommerce performance for clients.

📋 Description

• Identify and evaluate creators for paid campaigns based on brand fit, content quality, and campaign requirements • Manage creator outreach and follow-up communications across email, SMS, and social channels until campaigns are fully staffed • Administer creator agreements and onboarding, including contract delivery, signature collection, and documentation • Coordinate product logistics with participating creators and confirm receipt before production timelines • Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for creators during active campaigns • Track contracted deliverables from kickoff through final posting and proactively follow up to keep campaigns on schedule • Support creator payment workflows, ensuring documentation is accurate and submitted on time • Maintain accurate campaign records and provide regular status reporting to the Creator Management team

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience at an influencer marketing, UGC, creator management, or talent agency • Direct, hands-on responsibility for paid creator collaborations • Ability to manage a high volume of concurrent creator partnerships without losing track of details or timelines • Excellent written and verbal English at C1 level or above • Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and follow-through • Professional, relationship-oriented communication style • Proficiency with spreadsheets, project trackers, and CRM or creator-management platforms • Availability to work hours aligned with US Eastern Time • Preferred: experience with TikTok Shop, affiliate marketing, or social commerce • Preferred: familiarity with creator discovery and campaign management platforms • Preferred: experience supporting US beauty, personal care, or CPG brands
