📋 Description

• Maintain Clinical Care Navigator calls and activities • Monitor Slack care operations channels and assist clinical, care support, and provider operations teams • Provide after-hours support to members and leaders seeking services or connection to Global Clinical Operations, Management Consultation, and Spring Internal teams • Assist with outreach and follow-up for escalated situations • Coordinate training and mentoring for new hires and existing team members • Monitor multiple system views and assign outreaches and follow-ups appropriately • Assist with daily work balancing • Monitor phone and chat queue availability • Provide constructive feedback to team members and clinical leadership • Problem-solve and assist with high-touch, escalated, sensitive, and crisis calls or concerns • Provide feedback and advice on team, product, technology, and service improvements and assist with implementations • Facilitate team meetings as needed • Assist with system issues and outages • Participate in special projects, workgroups, and other assignments • Provide holiday coverage and participate in the on-call leader rotation • Follow Spring Health policies and maintain confidentiality, compliance, and ethical standards • Meet quality, customer satisfaction, and connection-to-care targets • Support leadership in mentoring and consulting with frontline staff • Report to the Manager of Global Clinical Operations

🎯 Requirements

• Independently licensed mental health professional: LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LICSW, or equivalent independent licensure required • Experience working on global teams required • English required; additional language fluency is a plus • 3+ years of mental health or substance use disorder experience • Crisis line experience required • Leadership experience preferred • Ability to work independently and exercise strong critical thinking • Flexibility for occasional shift changes and availability to work holidays • Collaborative and solution-focused • Proactive mindset and willingness to take initiative • Excellent multitasking and communication skills • Fully engaged and free from interruptions for the duration of the shift • Willingness to serve as a subject matter expert, including after-hours processes and researching information from various sources • Very comfortable adopting new technologies and platforms and efficient in technology-related tasks • Ability to multitask and context-switch
