📋 Description

• Work directly with operational partners to understand workflows and constraints and turn them into scoped, buildable solutions • Own features end to end, including data model, backend, frontend, deployment, instrumentation, and post-launch iteration • Build GenAI-powered capabilities such as LLM integrations, agents, RAG, and workflow automation • Use AI-assisted development, including coding agents and AI code review • Make pragmatic trade-offs: ship small, measure, and iterate • Own reliability through testing, code review, production support, and paying down technical debt • Communicate progress, trade-offs, and scope decisions clearly to non-technical stakeholders • At Senior level, lead ambiguous, multi-stakeholder projects and mentor other engineers

🎯 Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in the industry • Strong full-stack skills: backend (Python/Django preferred) and frontend (React preferred; Angular or Vue also fine) • Solid SQL and data modeling • Hands-on production experience with a major cloud platform (GCP preferred; AWS or Azure fine), including deploying, operating, and debugging services • Hands-on GenAI experience: built at least one feature or tool on LLM APIs, including prompting, tool use, retrieval, or evaluation • Use AI coding tools in daily work • Track record of shipping products end to end, including defining requirements directly with business or operational users • Clear, direct communication with non-engineers • Must reside in and be authorized to work in India • Kubernetes (GKE) and CI/CD pipelines are good to have • Experience with an LMS, especially Canvas, is good to have • BigQuery, analytics pipelines, or event instrumentation (e.g., Segment) are good to have • Agent frameworks or MCP are good to have • Experience refactoring complex systems or decomposing monoliths is good to have
