📋 Description
• Manage and steward a large portfolio of challenge event participants. • Help participants maximise their fundraising potential. • Deliver an exceptional supporter journey from registration through to event day and beyond. • Work closely with fundraising, marketing, and supporter care colleagues. • Develop meaningful relationships with supporters. • Provide personalised fundraising advice and encouragement. • Contribute to the development of the wider challenge events portfolio.
🎯 Requirements
• Excellent relationship-building skills. • Strong organisational ability. • Passion for supporter experience. • Comfortable managing multiple priorities. • Ability to build rapport with a wide range of people. • Motivated to achieve ambitious targets.
