• Oversee aspects of clinical quality assurance • Develop and implement comprehensive training programs • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and HEDIS quality measures • Combine clinical expertise with operational excellence • Scale quality care delivery as in-home preventive care services expand • Critical leadership role in clinical care delivery standards • Requires 25% travel for this remote role
🎯 Requirements
• Clinical degree (RN, PA, NP, or MD/DO) with active licensure • 7+ years of progressive clinical experience, including 3+ years in quality management or training leadership • Deep understanding of clinical quality standards, patient safety principles, and regulatory requirements • Proven experience developing and scaling training programs for clinical staff • Strong knowledge of HEDIS measures, value-based care, and quality improvement methodologies • Experience in home health, mobile health, or similar non-traditional care settings • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment • Proficiency with quality management systems and learning management platforms
