📋 Description

• Serve as the point of contact for customers regarding inquiries, orders, and complaints • Advise customers on products • Enter and process orders • Prepare quotations • Enter data and maintain master data • Handle written correspondence • Handle inbound calls • Provide administrative support • Perform general office organization and coordination

🎯 Requirements

• Completed commercial vocational training • At least three years of professional experience • Ideally, professional experience in an e-commerce or B2B trading company • Good Dutch language skills • Additional foreign languages are an advantage • Good Dutch skills; French or other languages are desirable • Good German and English skills • Proficient computer skills • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office • Careful, proactive, and independent working style • Quick comprehension, strong organizational skills, and a high sense of responsibility • Open, approachable manner and excellent communication skills • Enjoy communicating with customers by phone and virtually
