📋 Description

• Act as SPOC with tax consultants for direct, indirect, and withholding taxes. • Oversee preparation and filing of tax returns; ensure timely tax payments. • Own compliance calendar and ensure adherence across all entities. • Support tax planning initiatives and cross-border advisory on new transactions. • Monitor global tax regulations and maintain audit-ready governance. • Lead responses to tax audits and inquiries from regulators. • Drive accurate month/quarter/year-end close, reconciliations, and reporting. • Ensure strong internal controls, compliance with standards, and risk mitigation. • Coordinate statutory and group audits with external auditors. • Collaborate with finance, legal, and operations teams; provide financial insights for decision-making.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–6 years’ experience in finance, tax, compliance, or controllership (multi-jurisdiction exposure preferred). • Strong knowledge of direct, indirect, and withholding taxes. • Experience with tax planning, transfer pricing, and audits. • Solid understanding of accounting standards and reporting. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Self-driven and comfortable in a remote-first, fast-paced SaaS environment.
