📋 Description

• Build and maintain a strong contact database spanning geographies and industries, complete with verified details, so SDRs never run short on outreach fuel. • Fuel SDR campaigns with targeted, high quality databases that convert into conversations. • Own monthly and quarterly research targets and hit them consistently. • Map Sprinto's offerings to each target market's characteristics, so outreach speaks directly to what that segment actually needs. • Proactively hunt for new accounts and niche contacts in focus regions. • Partner closely with sales and growth to stay ahead of evolving research needs. • Report on database output and health, keeping stakeholders informed and aligned.

🎯 Requirements

• 2.5 to 6 years of relevant experience. • Solid grounding in both primary and secondary research. • Hands on experience with tools like Excel, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, RocketReach, Lusha, Traxcn, HubSpot, or Outplay. • Strong oral and written communication skills. • A builder's mindset: curious, willing to learn, with a proven track record of delivering results.
