📋 Description

• Collaborate with product managers and senior designers to create user-friendly, visually appealing UI designs. • Work on wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes in Figma for web-based SaaS products. • Assist in maintaining and extending our design system under guidance. • Deliver designs at a good pace while maintaining quality and alignment with brand guidelines. • Participate in design reviews, incorporate feedback, and iterate quickly. • Support user experience improvements by adapting designs based on user feedback or success metrics. • Designing new UI screens and refining existing ones in Figma. • Documenting design patterns and updating the design system where needed. • Collaborating closely with the product and engineering teams to ensure smooth implementation. • Communicating progress, blockers, and design decisions proactively. • Learning and experimenting with design tools and workflows to improve speed and efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong UI design skills with a good visual design sense and attention to detail. • Proficiency in Figma (speed and fluency will be rewarded and appreciated). • Basic understanding of design systems (bonus). • Ability to translate ideas into wireframes, mockups, and clickable prototypes. • Clear communication of design ideas and rationale. • Curiosity and willingness to learn in a fast-paced startup environment.
