📋 Description
• Work closely with Customer Success and Renewals teams to support day-to-day operational workflows • Assist in analyzing business data, operational metrics, and customer trends to derive actionable insights • Support reporting, tracking, and operational cadences across teams • Help identify process inefficiencies and contribute to improvement initiatives • Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Finance, Product, and Support to ensure operational alignment • Support strategic and operational projects related to customer retention and renewals • Maintain operational trackers, documentation, and follow-ups with strong attention to detail
🎯 Requirements
• Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills • Comfortable working with numbers, data, and business metrics • Excellent attention to detail and execution rigor • Good communication and stakeholder management skills • Curiosity and willingness to learn and solve problems • Ability to work through ambiguous problems with guidance from the team • Comfortable working with spreadsheets and data; familiarity with analytical tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, Tableau, or Looker is a plus • Bachelor’s degree (pursuing/final year) in Engineering, Business Management, Analytics, or other data-oriented disciplines
