📋 Description

• Drive and optimise Sprinto’s end-to-end revenue strategy • Partner across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Finance to align on metrics, workflows, and AI-driven tools that enable sustainable growth • Support the design and maintenance of annual and quarterly revenue plans • Track performance vs. plan and surface early signals of deviation • Own headcount tracking across Revenue functions, model capacity scenarios to evaluate hiring impact on output • Support development of revenue forecasting models, analyse historical trends, and use AI tools to automate data workflows • Prepare data packs and insights for leadership reviews, synthesising cross-functional metrics into a clear business narrative

🎯 Requirements

• Recent graduate from a Tier 1 Engineering college (IIT, BITS, NIT) or top B-School (IIM, ISB, XLRI, SPJIMR) • Comfortable working with large, messy datasets and structuring ambiguous problems • Advanced Excel (pivot tables, XLOOKUP, financial modelling); working knowledge of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, etc.) • Self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and takes ownership without waiting for direction • High standards of honesty, transparency, and trust across stakeholders.
