📋 Description

• Guide and advise students as they complete projects throughout their training program • Inspire students through practical advice and real-world professional experience • Track students’ progress throughout mentoring sessions • Assess students during formal presentations and evaluations • Report student-related issues and difficulties • Support a student throughout their entire training journey • Use the educational materials created and provided by SproClub on its platform

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a functional SAP consultant • Experience with at least one of the following modules: MM, SD, FI, CO, PP, EWM, or SuccessFactors • SAP certification obtained or in progress, with a confirmed exam date • Ability to explain complex concepts clearly, structure feedback, and set learning objectives • Training or mentoring experience is a plus • Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA is a plus • Freelance status: sole proprietor or company
