📋 Description

• Support a student throughout their training journey • Guide and advise the student as they complete the projects in their program • Inspire the student through practical advice and real-world industry experience • Track the student’s progress throughout the mentoring sessions • Assess students during formal presentations and evaluations • Report any student-related issues or difficulties • Use the educational materials created and provided by SproClub on the platform

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as an SAP Functional Consultant, with expertise in at least one of the following modules: MM, SD, FI, CO, PP, EWM, or SuccessFactors • SAP certification obtained or in progress, with the exam date confirmed • Ability to explain complex concepts clearly, structure feedback, and set learning objectives • Training or mentoring experience preferred • Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA preferred • Submit a CV and SAP certification • Technical interview (30–45 minutes) • Freelance status (sole proprietor or company)
