📋 Description

• Write clean, performant, and maintainable code • Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members, including less experienced engineers • Collaborate with backend developers, designers, and product managers to deliver customer experiences • Participate in and conduct code reviews to maintain quality, provide feedback, and ensure coding standards • Identify refactoring and optimization opportunities to improve maintainability and scalability • Independently own and deliver frontend portions of small to medium features • Author technical specification plans and collaborate on delivery plans • Mentor junior teammates on implementation, design review, and software engineering and Agile practices • Collaborate with product managers to deliver projects on time and with quality • Take end-to-end responsibility for roadmap projects from technical planning through implementation, testing, and final delivery • Identify technical initiatives such as technical debt reduction, new systems, dependencies, or performance improvements

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience planning, building, and releasing web applications with frontend technologies (Angular or another major framework, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS) • Strong expertise in TypeScript • Fluency in agentic coding workflows (Claude Code/Codex/Cursor) • Communication and project management skills from collaborating across teams and functional areas • Preferred: Experience with Angular, RxJS, and/or similar web technologies • Preferred: Experience as a full stack engineer • Preferred: Experience with Node.js or Scala • Preferred: Experience working in a large codebase • Preferred: Experience building and/or maintaining an internal UI library • Preferred: Business, Product, and user-oriented mindset
