🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record of successfully leading, managing, and scaling a Professional Services organization ($10M+ P&L, 25+ team members) through rapid growth and change. • 5+ years of experience managing Professional Services teams within a software company. • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams. • Excellent client management and relationship-building skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional client experiences. • Solid understanding of Enterprise software solutions, implementation methodologies, and project management principles. • Strong financial acumen and experience in managing budgets and resources effectively. • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time
