📋 Description

• Perform manual testing of our ERP system based on business requirements and analytical documentation. • Create, update, and maintain scenarios and test cases. • Report and document bugs and risks using defect management systems (e.g., Azure DevOps). • Define and prioritize acceptance test cases in alignment with user story acceptance criteria. • Monitor test coverage, making adjustments to maximize integration and coverage of user stories. • Review user stories and solution designs for testability, suggesting improvements. • Deliver detailed and prioritized test plans aligned with our Testing Strategy and Product Vision. • Measure and report on testing effectiveness, using customer satisfaction and other metrics.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in software testing and development. • Strong analytical thinking and creativity to generate and prioritize effective test cases. • Exceptional attention to detail and user-centric mindset. • Willingness to experiment, learn, and adapt quickly • Fluent in English (written and spoken - ideally C1 level). • Scrum working experience is preferred. • Previous experience with ERP/Cloud testing environment. • Experience with a lot of different testing techniques. • Nice to have: Experienced in using AI tools in day-to-day workflow • Experience with API and UI testing • Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Playwright, Selenium, Confluence, SpecFlow • Knowledge of Gherkin syntax. • ISTQB Certification.
