📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple ERP projects. • Develop and manage project plans, resources, and dependencies. • Coordinate cross-functional teams, IT, and external vendors. • Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, and project governance. • Lead stakeholder communication, requirements, and prioritization. • Oversee change management, testing, UAT, deployment, and business readiness. • Ensure compliance with project governance and audit requirements. • Drive process improvements, standardization, and project financial management.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8+ years of IT Project Management experience (medium/large technology projects) • Experience leading ERP enhancement & optimization projects • Retail, distribution or manufacturing/coatings industry experience • Strong project delivery skills: scope, schedule, budget, risks, quality & governance • Stakeholder, vendor & cross-functional team management • Experience in structured PMO environments • Knowledge of inventory management & supply chain processes • Waterfall, Agile or Hybrid methodologies • PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent certification • Availability from August • Nice to have • Experience with reporting & analytics, data integration and business process improvement • Experience with project financial management and executive reporting • Dutch language skills
