📋 Description

• Develop and maintain full-stack applications using .NET and React • Build and enhance backend services, APIs, and web interfaces • Design and optimize SQL queries and database solutions • Take ownership of delivered solutions, from technical design through implementation and testing • Contribute to technical decisions and continuous improvement of the product • Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code • Collaborate with Product Owners, designers, and other engineers to translate business needs into technical solutions • Participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing within the team • Work across backend, frontend, and database layers to develop and evolve business applications supporting HR processes • Help deliver solutions addressing real business needs

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of commercial experience as a Software Engineer • Strong knowledge of C# and the .NET platform (.NET Framework, .NET Core) • Strong experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and React • Good knowledge of SQL and relational databases (SQL Server, Azure SQL) • Experience with Microsoft Azure or other cloud solutions • Experience working in Scrum/Agile environments • Knowledge of Git • Good understanding of software design principles, patterns, and best practices • Experience writing unit, integration, and automated tests • Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-structured code • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with both technical and business stakeholders • English proficiency at a minimum B1/B2 level • Polish proficiency at a minimum B2 level
