📋 Description

• Drive UX research initiatives that support product development and enhance user experience across digital solutions. • Plan and carry out end-to-end research projects using a mix of qualitative and quantitative methods. • Translate research findings into clear insights and actionable recommendations. • Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, analysts, and other stakeholders to define research needs and inform product direction. • Manage and prioritize research activities in a fast-paced environment, aligning them with business goals and user needs. • Present research outcomes in a clear and engaging way to support decision-making. • Contribute to building and maintaining research standards, processes, and best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in UX research, with ownership of the full research cycle from early concepts to final recommendations. • Hands-on experience with a variety of research methods (e.g., user interviews, usability testing, surveys, behavioral analysis) and the ability to choose the right method for each case. • Familiarity with analytics and user behavior tools (such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, Glassbox, or similar). • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to clearly present insights. • A portfolio demonstrating how your research has influenced product decisions and improved user experiences. • Background in a human-centered field (e.g., Psychology, Sociology, HCI, Communication, Computer Science) (Nice to Have). • Experience working on consumer-facing products or in product development environments (Nice to Have). • Understanding of Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum) (Nice to Have). • Strong analytical thinking and the ability to communicate insights in a clear and persuasive way (Nice to Have).
