📋 Description

• Analyze warehouse management and supply chain business processes • Gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements • Configure and customize Blue Yonder WMS solutions based on business needs • Support workshops, system demonstrations, and stakeholder meetings • Participate in testing cycles (SIT, UAT) and defect resolution • Assist in go-live preparation and hypercare support phases • Collaborate closely with technical teams, developers, and business users • Provide recommendations on best practices and process improvements • Ensure alignment between business requirements and system capabilities

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Blue Yonder WMS (formerly JDA WMS) • Strong understanding of warehouse operations and supply chain processes • Experience in system configuration and implementation projects • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Experience working directly with clients or business users • English C1 • Nice to have: Experienced in using AI tools in day-to-day workflow • Experience with warehouse automation solutions • Knowledge of integrations between WMS and ERP systems • Experience working in Agile environments • Exposure to large-scale transformation or rollout projects
