📋 Description
• Ejecutar pruebas funcionales, de integración, regresión y validación de cambios • Diseñar, documentar y ejecutar casos de prueba • Identificar, registrar y dar seguimiento a defectos • Participar activamente en ceremonias ágiles y procesos de calidad • Colaborar con equipos de desarrollo, producto y negocio para garantizar la calidad de las soluciones • Apoyar procesos de validación antes de despliegues a producción • Contribuir a la mejora continua de procesos de QA
🎯 Requirements
• Experiencia de 2 a 3 años en roles de QA / Software Testing • Experiencia realizando pruebas funcionales y gestión de defectos • Conocimiento de metodologías ágiles (Scrum/Kanban) • Capacidad analítica y orientación al detalle • Experiencia con herramientas de gestión de pruebas y seguimiento de incidencias (Jira, Azure DevOps, TestRail o similares) • Conocimientos básicos de pruebas de APIs • Experiencia en entornos de telecomunicaciones, plataformas digitales o proyectos empresariales • Conocimientos en automatización de pruebas • Nivel de inglés B2, B2+ o superior • Capacidad para participar en reuniones, capacitaciones y sesiones técnicas con equipos internacionales
