• Integrarse a un equipo de ingeniería enfocado en el desarrollo de plataformas cloud-native y sistemas distribuidos de alto impacto. • Liderar iniciativas complejas de ingeniería.
🎯 Requirements
• +5 años de experiencia en ingeniería de software. • Experiencia sólida en: APIs REST • Microservicios • Sistemas distribuidos • Cloud (AWS, Azure o GCP) • CI/CD • Bases de datos SQL y/o NoSQL • Dominio de uno o más lenguajes modernos: Java, C#, Python, Go, JavaScript / TypeScript • Conocimiento de arquitectura de software y buenas prácticas de ingeniería. • Experiencia liderando iniciativas técnicas de forma autónoma. • Experiencia en liderazgo técnico y mentoring. • Excelente comunicación y capacidad de trabajo con stakeholders. • Inglés conversacional/avanzado.
