📋 Description

• Lead the end-to-end development of complex digital, analog, and mixed-signal devices • Architect system-level hardware solutions and select key components based on cost, performance, and availability • Design multi-layer PCBs with a strong focus on Signal Integrity (SI), Power Integrity (PI), and EMC/EMI compliance • Carry out advanced measurements, debug complex hardware issues, and analyze results using high-end lab equipment • Develop Design for Testing (DFT) and Design for Manufacturability (DFM) guidelines for new products • Conduct schematic and PCB layout reviews for the team • Mentor junior engineers and share best practices in hardware development

🎯 Requirements

• BS degree or higher in Electronics or related field • 5+ years of experience designing products in the consumer electronics space • Practical knowledge of analog / digital circuit design principles, component selection and cost-schedule optimization strategies • Deep understanding of electrical engineering standards and specifications • Experience in root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions • Working knowledge of designing mixed-signal hardware schematics and layout using CAD tools • Experience with high-speed digital electronics design • Experience working with power harvesting, low power electronics, and battery powered electronics • Experience solving thermal design challenges and outdoor, weatherproof product design • Design and troubleshooting skills for power electronics • Understanding product tradeoffs in the context of user experience • Good written and spoken English
