📋 Description

• As the market leader in protection plans, define and support the delivery and lifecycle management of your product • Collaborate with operations, customer experience, partner management, and technology to understand integration challenges • Contribute to the strategic product vision, roadmap, and backlog • Partner with engineering and global product teams to drive solution design • Define desired key results to influence business success

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a product manager within a technology development environment • Experience driving measurable business or product outcomes and delivering through iterative, incremental approaches • BA/BS Degree • Candidate must be located in EST • Experience with APIs, system integrations, or partner onboarding workflows • Knowledge of AI technologies (LLMs, GenAI, and Agentic AI) • Previous Scrum Master or Project Management experience
