📋 Description

• Lead the planning, execution, and completion of audit, review, and compilation engagements under Canadian ASPE, CSRS, CAS, and IFRS standards. • Review working papers, financial statements, and management letters for accuracy and compliance. • Provide technical guidance on complex accounting, audit, and IFRS matters. • Ensure timely completion of engagements while maintaining high-quality deliverables. • Identify and communicate accounting and control risks to partners and clients. • Oversee bookkeeping processes for multiple clients, including reconciliations, journal entries, and reporting. • Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements under ASPE and IFRS. • Ensure proper documentation and compliance with Canadian accounting standards. • Provide recommendations for process improvements and automation opportunities. • Monitor team performance, manage workflow, and ensure timely deliverables.

🎯 Requirements

• CA (Pakistan), ACCA, or equivalent (required) • 5–7+ years of progressive experience in public accounting, including at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role • Strong technical knowledge of Canadian ASPE, IFRS, CSRS, CAS, and Canadian tax fundamentals • Proven experience managing audit, review, compilation, bookkeeping, and tax engagements • Hands-on experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks Online, CaseWare, Xero, and Excel • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple clients simultaneously • Must be available to work Canadian business hours and coordinate with partners in Canada.
