• Part of a growing national team supporting weekly, monthly and quarterly engagements across diverse industries • Deliver a variety of cloud-based assignments for clients including setting up clients in QBO and/or Xero • Catch up and/or clean up client databases • Document processes for ongoing bookkeeping • Perform full cycle bookkeeping on various clients • Reconciliation of bank balances and credit card transactions • Process sales and purchases invoices • Oversee payroll processing • Record ad hoc adjusting entries • Ensure ongoing communication with clients throughout the year
• Experience as a Senior Bookkeeper, Manager, or equivalent • Accounting/business diploma/certificate or equivalent work experience • Expert knowledge of, or demonstrated ability to quickly become comfortable with various accounting programs, especially Xero and QuickBooks is required • High degree of proficiency with Microsoft Office programs • Proficient with Google Suite of applications
