• Ready to kick-start a successful management career path as an Assistant Branch Manager, Branch Manager or Operations Manager • Dive headfirst into the world of distribution at SRS/Heritage with our Management Training Program • Participants gain hands-on exposure to all facets of our business, including warehouse operations, sales, finance, safety, supply chain and human resources • Through on-the-job training, mentorship, and corporate development initiatives, trainees build a strong foundation for a successful career in the industry
🎯 Requirements
• Must have a Bachelor’s degree, or be within 2 semesters of graduating with a Bachelors • A degree in Industrial Distribution, Supply Chain, Business Management, Construction Management, or similar major, is preferred • In lieu of a Bachelor’s degree, 2 plus years of related work experience is required • Ability to relocate for training and promotional purposes within the United States • Possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
