📋 Description

• Developing detailed test strategies, plans, and cases to ensure software quality and alignment with business requirements. • Planning, prioritizing, and coordinating quality testing activities. • Designing and developing automated tests for web and mobile platforms. • Executing manual and automated tests, analyzing results, and documenting findings. • Tracking quality metrics such as defect densities and open defect counts. • Conducting post-release testing to address recurring issues and improve operational efficiency. • Reporting bugs and collaborating with business, product, and development teams. • Working with cross-functional teams to maintain quality across the development lifecycle. • Staying updated on new testing tools and methodologies.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven work experience in software quality assurance. • Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases. • Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes. • Experience with automated web testing tools: Selenium, Cucumber, Codeception, etc. • Experience with automated mobile. • testing tools: Appium (TestNG, JUnit, Python), Calabash, UI Automation, XCTest. Experience with real device testing: AWS Device farm, Firebase Test Lab. • Competence in all technical skills needed to document and troubleshoot errors. • Strong critical thinking skills, analytical mind, and problem-solving aptitude. • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team. • High level of initiative with ability to self-manage. • Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing. • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process. • Basic knowledge of any of PHP, JS, Java, Python or Ruby. • BS/BA in computer science, engineering, IT, or related field, QA certification by a recognized institution (eg. ISTQB, ISQI, BCS/ISEB, IIST, QAI, ASQ) is a plus. • Experience and familiarity with test management software (e.g. qTest, Zephyr, Testrail, Runscope) • Experience with performance and/or security testing.
