📋 Description

• manage data conversion projects from start to finish while maintaining deadlines and overall client experience mainly for new firms implementing on Black Diamond • perform data transformation and audits as part of the ETL (extract, transform and load) process • work directly with clients to understand needs and ensure the data supports those needs • work with institutional partners and clients to clearly define conversion requirements and identify appropriate conversion solutions and procedures • analyze data points provided and ensure proper formatting before loading into Black Diamond • identify anomalies that may arise during the process and propose a meaningful solution • understand and communicate effectively results of audits before and after data is loaded • set appropriate expectations with internal partners as well as client stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution in a business-related field required • Strong attention to detail • Advanced skills working with Microsoft Excel • Strong project management skills • Self-motivation a must • Great organization skills • Ability to work in a true team environment
