📋 Description

• Design, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce features, enhancements, and integrations • Perform functional and regression tests across Salesforce and connected systems (e.g., billing, document generation, integrations) • Validate complex business processes across multiple systems (e.g., Salesforce, CPQ, Zuora, DocuSign, and related tools) • Collaborate with Business Analysts and Product Owners to ensure requirements are clear, testable, and complete • Identify, log, and track defects; partner with developers through resolution and retesting • Support release management and deployment validation in sandbox and production environments • Build and maintain automated test coverage where appropriate • Improve QA processes, documentation, and testing standards across the team • Participate in sprint ceremonies: backlog grooming, sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of QA/testing experience with Salesforce • Strong understanding of Salesforce functionality including CPQ • Experience testing integrations and end-to-end business processes • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development environments • Experience with defect tracking and test management tools • Ability to translate business requirements into thorough test coverage • Strong attention to detail and communication skills • Experience with Zuora and DocuSign • Experience with test automation tools • Knowledge of Salesforce data structures • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Admin, Platform App Builder)
