📋 Description

• Leads multidisciplinary development teams to deliver technical solutions to support data driven decision making. • Encourages a culture of innovation that balances cutting-edge software development with practical, scalable solutions. • Collaborates and builds partnerships and maintain relationships with leadership, stakeholders, and peers. • Prioritizes and directs the planning, development, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise-wide software solutions in support of strategic initiatives. • Represents engineering and architecture to external and internal partners. • Drives major decisions that enable system data and analytics to be more productive and set the example on how to build and maintain software. • Ensures teams, the health system, and the communities have a clear understanding of the direction of projects and the reasons behind decisions. • Collaborates with executive leadership to ensure effective communication and clear vision of the organization’s technical future, ensuring alignment with overall mission and market trends. • Leads multiple engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, understanding and excellence. • Recruits, engages, develops, leads, and manages assigned staff.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, statistics, mathematics, actuarial science, public health, health informatics, healthcare administration, finance or related field • Seven years’ experience, with five years in direct people management/leadership
