• Serve as a trusted resource for AEM authors, guiding content authoring best practices, workflows, and efficient ways of working • Review authoring processes and identify opportunities to improve quality, consistency, and efficiency • Establish and promote best practices for managing and publishing content in AEM • Partner with content and marketing stakeholders to translate needs into actionable work • Identify recurring authoring challenges and work with engineering on appropriate solutions • Ensure content is structured, maintained, and published according to standards and guidelines • Lead production and delivery of content-related projects and initiatives across the web team • Coordinate projects and priorities with Project Managers and Project and Delivery stakeholders • Manage timelines, dependencies, priorities, and follow-up • Coordinate with content authors, copywriters, designers, developers, marketing teams, and other stakeholders • Move work from intake through planning, execution, review, and release • Identify blockers, risks, and dependencies and escalate when needed • Maintain visibility into project status, upcoming work, priorities, and delivery risks • Identify gaps and inefficiencies between content authoring and engineering • Translate authoring and content needs into clear engineering requirements • Work with developers to investigate issues and determine when technical support or escalation is required • Improve communication and collaboration between content, marketing, and engineering • Maintain content quality, accessibility, and overall site hygiene • Monitor and coordinate issues identified through Silktide and other website auditing tools • Review Silktide findings and prioritize and assign remediation work • Track content and website quality issues through resolution • Identify recurring issues and establish prevention processes • Coordinate incoming work and maintain Jira hygiene • Manage requests from Silktide, Slack, stakeholders, and other teams • Conduct intake reviews to assess, prioritize, and assign requests • Ensure tickets contain appropriate information, ownership, priority, and status • Assign work based on expertise and available capacity • Escalate tickets requiring technical knowledge, clarification, or decision-making • Keep Jira aligned with current priorities, active work, blockers, and upcoming work • Help leadership understand team capacity and workload • Assess available capacity, competing priorities, and upcoming commitments • Provide workload visibility and identify resource or reprioritization needs • Support planning discussions with information about active work, incoming requests, and team availability • Help stakeholders understand current and future team capacity
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) • 3+ years of experience in digital content, web production, content operations, project management, or a related environment • Strong understanding of AEM content authoring and best practices • Experience working directly with AEM authors, content teams, marketing teams, or web teams • Experience managing web content production and publishing workflows • Experience coordinating projects across content, marketing, design, and engineering teams • Strong understanding of collaboration between content and engineering teams in an enterprise web environment • Strong Jira experience, including ticket management, prioritization, assignment, intake, and reporting • Experience managing work from multiple intake channels and coordinating across teams • Ability to manage multiple priorities and competing requests • Experience identifying inefficiencies and improving processes and workflows • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills • Ability to distinguish content/process issues from those requiring engineering support or escalation • Strong written and verbal English communication skills for direct client and international-team communication • Availability to overlap at least 4 hours with US PDT working hours • Nice to have: Experience with Silktide or similar website auditing tools • Nice to have: Experience with digital accessibility and website quality audits • Nice to have: Experience in digital marketing, content strategy, or web operations • Nice to have: Experience with SEO and web content optimization • Nice to have: Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud • Nice to have: Experience with enterprise AEM Sites implementations • Nice to have: Experience supporting large AEM authoring teams • Nice to have: Experience with AEM governance, workflows, templates, components, and content models • Nice to have: Experience with capacity planning or resource management • Nice to have: Experience working with B2B technology websites • Nice to have: Experience working in an Agile environment
