📋 Description

• Serve as the primary technical partner for clients, translating complex business requirements into scalable, resilient mechanical solutions. • Ensure all project designs are completed on schedule and within budget. • Provide high-level engineering expertise and guidance on projects, operations, and systems within existing facilities. • Develop and maintain a global 'Basis of Design' (BOD) that is modular and adaptable. • Identify and recommend technologies that improve energy, water and cost efficiency across the portfolio. • Develop and maintain equipment specifications for Owner Furnished Contractor Installed (OFCI) systems. • Support the communication and implementation of engineering standards, design practices, and operational requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive leadership in mission-critical environments, specifically in the design and specification of HVAC for data centers. • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Mechanical Engineering; Professional Engineer (PE) registration is preferred. • Deep knowledge of IT cooling technologies (both air and direct-to-chip liquid), mechanical cooling system controls, plumbing, and fire protection. • Expertise in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint). • Baseline proficiency in AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and Adobe Acrobat, Pipeflow, Cadence Design Systems
