📋 Description
• GenAI systems integrator building B2B AI solutions for corporate and enterprise clients • Company expanding across Europe with a growing pipeline of business • Principal Engineer role combines hands-on technical delivery with direct enterprise client engagement • Run multiple major client projects concurrently (3–4 projects typical) • Lead design, delivery, evaluation, and mentoring for enterprise GenAI/LLM solutions
🎯 Requirements
• Lead conversations with senior stakeholders (C-level, technical leadership, senior architects) • Design and deliver AI/ML solutions, including large language models (LLMs) • Develop evaluation methods to ensure performance and reliability • Provide technical leadership and mentor engineering teams • Serve as a senior technical anchor on mission-critical projects • Proven track record building and deploying AI/ML systems in production • Recent GenAI project experience and engineered GenAI projects in recent years • Expertise in large language models (LLMs) and applied AI techniques • Strong software engineering and system architecture background • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Proven enterprise client-facing experience at senior management or C-level • Proven track record at Principal Engineer level
