📋 Description

• As a Career Coach, you accompany our learners through the most critical stage of their journey: the leap into a new job. • With targeted application coaching, individualized career guidance, and a healthy dose of motivation, you transform uncertainty into self-confidence and convert qualifications into real job offers. • You ensure these strengths are visible to the outside world by helping participants showcase their new skills, communicate confidently, and turn them into compelling applications. • You are not alone: the coaching process is structured and quality-assured, and you work closely with the Career Coaching Lead. • Your focus: guiding participants so they enter their professional careers with clarity and confidence. • Leading your own courses and workshops on application strategies, interview training, motivation, and career reorientation.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree or equivalent qualification in Education, Psychology, or Coaching • Experience in career counseling, application coaching, or learner support • Confident use of digital tools (e.g., MS Office, CRM systems, project management tools) and experience preparing presentations for trainings, management, and partners • Strong communication skills: you adapt your approach to individual needs and confidently facilitate groups • Independent and structured working style, including managing multiple career coaching processes in parallel • Empathy and active listening • Excellent German and English skills (at least C1)
