📋 Description

• Lead your own courses and workshops on application strategies, interview training, motivation, and career transitions • Conduct 1:1 coaching sessions on job searching, interview preparation, and creating personal competency profiles • Support candidates in preparing professional application documents and positioning themselves effectively in the job market • Foster motivation and participant engagement by creating a trusting coaching environment • Build and maintain a network of companies and alumni to facilitate knowledge exchange, collaboration, and job placement • Analyze and continuously improve internal Career Success processes • Support the Client Operations & Career Coaching Lead with strategic projects • Document and report on placement rates, coaching activities, and feedback to the Career Coaching Lead

🎯 Requirements

• Completed degree or equivalent qualification in education, psychology, or coaching • Experience in career counseling, application coaching, or learning support • Confident using digital tools, such as MS Office, CRM systems, and project management tools • Experience creating presentations for training sessions, management, and cooperation partners • Strong communication skills and confidence facilitating groups • Independent and structured approach to managing multiple Career Coaching processes in parallel • Sensitivity, empathy, and active listening skills • Very good German and English skills, at least C1 level • EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Germany
