📋 Description

• Build, optimize, and scale Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, and Discovery) • Collaborate on landing page strategy to improve Quality Scores and Conversion Rates • Deep dive into Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to track user behavior • Leverage experience with eCommerce brands to craft messaging that resonates with DTC founders • Assist the team with expansion of the new Webflow website • Provide backup coverage for the content team as needed • Assist with tracking leads through the funnel, analyzing & creating reports • Assist with various marketing initiatives like newsletter marketing

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4+ years of digital marketing experience • Avid learner who is a team player but also can spearhead new initiatives • B2B Ads Proficiency • SEO Literacy • Tech Stack: Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, AI tool experience • Strongly Preferred: HubSpot, Ahrefs (or Semrush), Webflow, Zapier • E-commerce Brand Experience (highly desired)
