📋 Description
• Design and digitalization of sales processes • Maintenance and further development of IT-supported processes • Automation and creation of customer letters, forms, and contracts • Optimization and technical support of the website and customer portal • Integration and analysis of data via ODBC interfaces
🎯 Requirements
• Degree in media, cultural or communication studies, computer science, or a related discipline • Confident use of MS Office and application software, plus a general affinity for IT • Strong knowledge of Excel, including ODBC, VBA, and macros • Knowledge of HTML and email body formatting is an advantage • Experience with SAP Crystal Reports or comparable reporting tools is an advantage • Initial experience with BI/ETL tools • Quick comprehension and strong interpersonal skills • Structured and meticulous work style • Teamwork, sense of responsibility, and initiative • Ability to proactively develop one’s area of responsibility and implement meaningful improvements
