📋 Description

• Manage social media presence across LinkedIn, Instagram and TikTok • Create content including posts, graphics, and short-form videos • Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads) • Develop marketing strategies to attract clients and talent • Track performance metrics and optimize campaigns based on data • Help improve our website content and user experience

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing or related roles • Proven track record managing social media accounts for businesses • Experience with paid advertising platforms (Facebook Ads Manager) • Strong writing skills and ability to create compelling copy • Basic graphic design and video editing abilities, you can use AI! • Familiarity with marketing tools (Canva, social media schedulers, analytics platforms) • Language: Proficient in English (B2 - C1)
