• Develop detailed designs for roads, drainage systems, and utilities. • Create comprehensive documentation, including plans, sections, and profiles, to support urban development and civil infrastructure projects. • Draft accurate layouts and schematics, ensuring compliance with design standards and requirements. • Coordinate design elements across roads, drainage, and utilities to integrate seamless infrastructure solutions. • Review and refine designs based on project feedback and technical specifications to enhance functionality and safety. • Collaborate with project teams to incorporate design changes and resolve any technical issues arising during the design phase. • Maintain up-to-date records of design iterations and modifications for project tracking and reference. • Ensure designs account for environmental and regulatory considerations relevant to civil infrastructure.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a similar field is preferred. • 3+ years of experience in civil design, particularly in urban development and infrastructure projects. • Proficiency with 12D modeling and AutoCAD. • Experience with TfNSW projects is preferred. • Strong knowledge of design principles for roads, drainage, and utilities in civil engineering. • Ability to interpret technical specifications and apply them to design work. • Excellent analytical skills for modeling and problem-solving in infrastructure design. • Effective communication skills for collaborating with teams and documenting designs. • Attention to detail and organizational abilities to manage multiple design tasks efficiently.
