📋 Description

• Lead and manage Revit MEP models focused on HVAC piping and HVAC-R systems for large-scale projects • Develop, maintain, and coordinate detailed Revit HVAC pipework models for accuracy, constructability, and project-standard compliance • Define and enforce BIM execution plans, modeling standards, and Level of Development strategies • Drive design-to-fabrication workflows and deliver fabrication-ready HVAC piping and mechanical system models • Oversee HVAC piping, ductwork, and spool modularization for fabrication and installation • Integrate BIM models with CNC machines, robotic welding systems, and profile cutting technologies • Support fabrication tracking, including QR/barcode labeling and production status monitoring • Collaborate with fabrication and project teams to resolve clashes, tolerances, constructability, and sequencing issues • Manage coordination workflows using Revit, Navisworks, and point cloud data • Lead clash detection and timely issue resolution across multidisciplinary models • Support project delivery from concept design through fabrication, installation, QA/QC, and as-built documentation • Mentor MEP Draftspersons and BIM Technicians in Revit HVAC piping modeling practices • Coordinate with engineers, project managers, fabrication teams, and external vendors

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on Revit MEP experience specializing in HVAC piping and HVAC-R systems • Minimum 2+ years of dedicated HVAC piping drafting and modeling experience using Revit • Proven experience creating, managing, and coordinating Revit models for HVAC piping projects • Strong proficiency in Revit Pipe, Revit MEP, and HVAC system modeling • Experience producing fabrication-ready deliverables • Demonstrated HVAC industry experience and understanding of system layouts, pipe routing, coordination, and installation requirements • Experience managing Revit models at scale for complex projects • Strong understanding of MEP construction, HVAC piping fabrication workflows, and constructability requirements • Ability to translate engineering design intent into accurate fabrication-ready outputs • Ability to work in highly collaborative, cross-functional environments • Must be based in Ortigas, Alabang, Pampanga, or Cebu, Philippines
