📋 Description

• Manage inbound and outbound patient calls • Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads and confirm visits • Book, reschedule, and optimize consultations and aesthetic procedures in Aesthetic Records EHR • Maintain provider treatment calendars • Process digital intake forms and update patient profiles • Minimize schedule gaps • Manage calls through Nextiva and transition to Lead AR integrated communications • Maintain high-volume patient SMS communication • Monitor and respond to Instagram DMs • Assist with light promotional and social media content management • Serve as the clinic’s primary voice and digital brand ambassador

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience navigating Aesthetic Records EHR for scheduling and patient management • Exceptional, clear, accent-free spoken English with an upbeat, professional phone demeanor • Fast, accurate SMS texting and digital communication capabilities • Private, HIPAA-compliant home workspace • Computer (PC/Mac) • High-speed internet • Backup power/internet solutions • Noise-canceling headset • Full availability Tuesday–Friday, 10:00 AM–6:00 PM, and Saturday, 12:00 PM–6:00 PM • Female candidate preferred per practice branding guidelines • Preferred: hands-on experience with Nextiva or Lead AR • Preferred: prior experience responding to Instagram DMs or assisting with local aesthetic marketing promotions
