📋 Description

• Manage the entire hiring funnel from candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination to placement and offer negotiation • Proactively source, engage, and evaluate LATAM talent for U.S.-based healthcare placements • Specialize in Medical Virtual Assistants, medical billers, and clinical administrative roles • Manage multiple open requisitions concurrently while meeting aggressive fulfillment timelines • Conduct English proficiency, technical, and soft-skill evaluations • Track, update, and manage applicant flow daily within ATS and CRM tools • Keep team leadership updated on pipeline health

🎯 Requirements

• Must be based in Latin America (LATAM) • Native or fluent English skills (written and spoken) • Exceptional communication skills to interact seamlessly with U.S. clients and LATAM talent • Minimum 1 year of proven experience recruiting for U.S.-based healthcare practices or healthcare staffing agencies • Direct experience sourcing and placing Medical Virtual Assistants (MVAs) or clinical remote personnel • Strong time management and multi-tasking skills • Proven ability to deliver qualified candidates under short turnarounds • Full-time contractor position, 40 hours per week • Availability Monday through Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm PST
