📋 Description

• Execute full-cycle billing operations, including claim submissions, insurance payment tracking, EOB posting, and patient billing statements • Maintain clean ledger records, manage billing queues, log authorization details, and verify diagnostic/procedural coding in ChiroTouch • Conduct outbound calls to insurance carriers and handle practice phone inquiries using Intermedia • Investigate unpaid claims, file timely appeals, resolve billing discrepancies, and reduce A/R aging • Coordinate with clinic staff and U.S.-based practice managers to obtain missing documentation or billing authorizations • Code, audit, and submit clean primary and secondary insurance claims • Verify patient benefits, eligibility limits, co-pays, deductibles, and obtain required care authorizations • Track unpaid or delayed claims, manage denials, post insurance/patient payments, and work aging reports

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in medical billing with specific expertise supporting Chiropractic practices • Hands-on proficiency and direct experience using ChiroTouch EMR • Experience using Intermedia phone systems or comparable multi-line VOIP software • Comprehensive knowledge of claims submission, insurance verification, pre-authorization workflows, and accounts receivable management • Fluent verbal and written English skills • Comfortable collaborating directly with a U.S.-based healthcare team • Private, HIPAA-compliant home office • Reliable computer • High-speed internet • Clear headset
